Return conditions
You can register your return within 14 days after you have received the product. You will then have another 14 days to return your product. You have two options for this:
- You return your product and get your money back from us.
- You exchange your product for another desired product. We will contact you about a possible settlement.
It is important that you return the product in its original condition and undamaged, in order to get a full refund (minus the 25% restocking fee).
