Return conditions

What are the return conditions?

You can register your return within 14 days after you have received the product. You will then have another 14 days to return your product. You have two options for this:

  • You return your product and get your money back from us.
  • You exchange your product for another desired product. We will contact you about a possible settlement.

It is important that you return the product in its original condition and undamaged, in order to get a full refund (minus the 25% restocking fee).

How soon will I be refunded after returning?
We will refund you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after dissolution. Depending on the payment method or bank, it can take up to 3 working days for the money to be in your account. We will always pay you back in the same way that you paid with.
Will I get the full purchase amount back after returning?

No, we always charge a 25% restocking fee.

In order to be able to refund the remaining purchase amount, it is important that we receive your product in its original condition and undamaged. Then we can make someone else happy with this product.

We determine otherwise based on the condition of your product what the depreciation will be.

Why do I get less money back for my returned product?
