Delivery problems

What if my delivery is delayed?

It's annoying that your order has been delayed, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. The most current information can be found in the track & trace. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

What if I have not received my package?

1. Check the Track & Trace code 
If available, your track & trace code will always be sent to you by e-mail. You will find it in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

2. Is the delivery address correct? 
If you can see several attempts of delivery, please make sure that the delivery address was correctly filled-in with your order. If you do see an error, please contact our customer service. 

3. Have you received a message in your letterbox?
If the carrier has not been able to deliver the package, a note will be left in your letterbox.

What if my product was delivered damaged?

We are sad to hear it, we will of course solve the issue for you. Please contact our customer service via this page or our e-mail address info@bravour.com as soon as possible.

What happens to my package if I am not present?
The delivery person then offers the package again the next working day. If that does not work, the delivery person will take your package to a collection point near you or return it to us.The package will never be delivered to the neighbors.
I have a complaint about the delivery, how can I share it?

If you are not satisfied with the delivery person, you can contact our customer service and we will look for a solution together.
